The Harpy Foundation exists to support grassroots organisations creating real-world change through courage, compassion, connection and opportunity.
We believe young people are the future leaders of the world – and that when they are empowered early, supported deeply and inspired to lead with heart, the ripple effects can spread for generations.
Our focus is on organisations creating meaningful change within communities, one person, one story and one opportunity at a time.

RAW IMPACT
RAW Impact is a grassroots organisation creating sustainable change through education, housing and leadership development in Cambodia.
What resonates deeply with us is RAW’s focus on empowering local Cambodian leaders and creating long-term community impact from within.
At the same time, RAW also helps develop the next generation of Australian leaders by bringing youth groups into hands-on experiences centred around compassion, service and real-world perspective.
This is the kind of wildfire we believe in: Leadership that spreads outward through courage, connection and action.
TOP BLOKES FOUNDATION
Top Blokes works directly with young Australian boys through mentoring, leadership and school-based programs focused on emotional wellbeing, identity and positive masculinity.
This partnership is especially close to my heart after seeing the impact the program had on my son Nate during Year 8.
Top Blokes creates space for boys to talk honestly, develop resilience, support one another and grow into strong, grounded young men.
We believe this kind of early support and mentorship has the power to shape wild hearted future leaders and change lives for generations to come.
HOW THE FOUNDATION IS FUNDED
The Harpy Foundation is fuelled by a growing ecosystem built around storytelling, hospitality and community.
This includes the Octavia Saga and our Tasmanian accommodation businesses – The Dragonfly Inn, Alice’s Cottages, The Fenway – alongside future creative projects and collaborations.
Our vision is to build a self-sustaining model where stories, businesses and community work together to create meaningful real-world impact.
